Buschmann slurry mixers
DSD Manure processing has a dealership for Buschmann slurry mixers and systems. A manure mixer is required for every manure pit to keep the manure homogeneous, to ensure that a good product ends up on the field.
Mixers come in different versions, so as to offer the right mixer for every pit.
The E-102 model is the most popular mixer. This mixer has maintenance-free rolling bearings, and is available in both tractor-powered and electric versions.
Standard model type “E”:

Bearing distance: max. 1,500 mm, depending upon mixer length
Standard lengths: 4,200, 4,600, 5,200 and 6,000 mm. Special lengths from 400 to 12,000 mm are available, others on request.

Immersion mixers
Turbomix immersion slurry mixers are used for mixing slurry. The mixers are energy efficient thanks to their compact and aerodynamic design, as well as the planetary gear with 4-pole electromotors. Even at a low number of revolutions, the custom-shaped 8 mm stainless steel auger provides a swirling slurry flow and guarantees a long service life.
