Manure mixers

DSD Stalingericht is a dealer of Buschmann manure mixers and systems. A mixer is needed for each manure pit to keep the manure homogeneous and thus deliver a good product to the fields.

To be able to offer the right mixer for every well, these are available in different versions.

The most common manure mixer is the “E – 102” type. This mixer has maintenance-free rolling bearings and is available in both tractor and electric versions.

• Standard version type “E”:
• Outer tube: Ø 102 mm
• Bearings: maintenance-free rolling bearings
• PTO drive up to 1000 rpm
• Fully galvanized
• Bearing distance: max. 1.500 mm, depending on mixer length
• Standard lengths: 4.200, 4.600, 5.200, 6.000 mm special lengths from 3.700 to 12.000 mm are available, others on request
• Mixer screw: standard suction Ø 560 mm, other Ø possible
• Mixer screw: electric mixer standard driving
• Mixing capacity: 3352 m3 at 540 rpm (puller mixer)
• Weight: 125 kg with a mixer length of 4.200 mm
