The very comfortable Innova lounger offers comfort for the cow at the best price-quality. The 40mm thick bed consists of a soft polylatex foam mattress, covered with a strong rubber top layer for a very durable whole.
What is the Innova lounger?

The Innova lounger is suitable for your entire livestock. We offer tailor-made cubicle coverings for your livestock, young cattle and calves that they like to lie on.
The Innova lounger is a mattress that is attached to your cubicles in a waterproof manner. The mattress is made of 35mm thick Polylatex. This is a recycled polyurethane foam rubber that is sturdy but soft. It is very resilient, so it does not form holes.
The mattress is covered with ultra-strong high-quality rubber of 3,5 mm thick. It has double-woven textile so that it does not stretch. That is why you get a 10-year warranty on our Innova sun loungers.
- The seamless rubber surface provides a comfortable base that the cow will enjoy lying on. It provides sufficient grip, adapts to the cow, is gentle on knees and hocks and does not chafe. This prevents injuries and bald heels. Also, it is very easy and quick to clean, which is hygienic and efficient.
- Cows lie down for an average of 15 hours per day, of which they chew their cud for about 5 hours, sleep for 3 hours (of which a maximum of 1 to 1,5 hours is deep sleep) and rest a little and doze for the rest. Because deep sleep is so short, the rest of the sleep and rest time must be of high quality. Otherwise, she may develop health problems. The Innova lounger offers the comfortable bed that they like to lie on, which gives the cow the rest she naturally needs and can chew her cud long enough.
